Whether you want to relax in the sun on our terrace, play table tennis or simply explore the area on a rental-bike free of charge, here you can discover something new everywhere.
The ski-bus stop is a 2 minutes-walk away from the house. From there you
easily reach all ski lifts in Kaprun, on the glacier or on the
Schmittenhoehe in Zell am See.
The cross country track (more than 150km long) is leading directly past
our house. An 8 km part can be used at night (floodlight).
The more romantic amongst you will enjoy a ride through the snow-covered
winter landscape on horse-drawn coaches (more detailed information at
the reception).
From Germany:
Motorway Munich-Salzburg, exit at Siegsdorf, through Saalfelden and Zell am See in the direction to Mittersill. Approximately five kilometers after Zell am See turn off to the left to Kaprun.
From Italy:
Take the motorway direction to Salzburg, exit at Bischofshofen and go to Zell am See. Head towards Mittersill, approximately five kilometers after Zell am See turn off to the left to Kaprun.
From Switzerland:
Take the Inntal motorway, exit at Woergl in the direction to Felbertauern. You will go through Kitzbuehel to Mittersill. Head towards Zell am See. After Piesendorf turn right to Kaprun.
The beautiful swimming pool in the centre of Kaprun is an experience for the whole family. Or how about the summer tobogganing track in Saalfelden, the adventure park in Fusch and more?
