Ayia Napa has been transformed from a sleepy fishing village into a lively resort that has something for all ages and contrary to popular belief this cosmopolitan town isn't all about bars and clubs for the younger generations. If you look closer you will discover that Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition and it would be impossible not to find something that would interest even the most fussiest visitor. For example, did you know the center of the town is built around a medieval monastery? Surprisingly this has been well maintained over the centuries and is well worth a visit. Just to the side of the main square traditional folk dancing is performed over the summer season. Although Ayia Napa has been portrayed as an 18-30s club scene area, these busy clubs and bars take up only a small proportion of the town (namely the center) and this area is only busy in July and August. Ayia Napa caters for families and couples throughout the year. If you don't want to visit the busy club scene area there are plenty of other attractions including; - Cyprus evenings
- Carvery Buffet
- BBQ
- Live music 6 nights weekly
- Management cocktail
evening weekly

We are very proud of our gardens here at the Grecian Sands. A leisurely wander around our gardens will enable you to enjoy both formal and informal planting using indigenous Mediterranean species and more exotic palms and flora. As you take a stroll along our Bridal walk your senses will be aroused by different textures of leaves and petals. As your legs brush past our randomly planted herbs and spices such as mint, basil, thyme or parsley you will experience a delightful blend of heady aromas leading you to our water garden with four types of exotic Water lily. Observe our Koi carp darting between aquatic plants and feeding off marine life. For any of our horticultural loving guests lucky enough to be able to visit in October/November or March/April (taking advantage of lower room rates too!) you will be in for a real treat. Flowers are at the peak of their bloom and vegetation is lush and green. Pleasant temperatures island wide make for glorious landscapes all over the island. Any excursions will be all the more pleasurable in the temperate climate and delightful scenery. There are many cultural events over the winter period: dancing, folkloric exhibitions, musical recitals and much much more especially during the Easter period.
