Executive Chef, Gordon Manuel (who hails from Durban) comes to us from an already illustrious professional career for a chef of still tender age. He has worked with internationally famous master chefs at the Durban Hilton Hotel, the Cardiff Hilton Hotel in the UK and on the ultra-luxurious cruise liner, Crystal Symphony
